Theron Rogers

Theron Rogers Jr. is the Managing Partner and Director of Business Development for Prolific Arms LLC, a Black-owned ATF Federally licensed gun store and private security agency in Wisconsin. He has over a decade of leadership experience, managing teams, securing contracts, and overseeing compliance.
Theron has served in various law enforcement roles, including Patrol Sergeant, Community Liaison Officer, and State Trooper. He also provides firearm and active shooter training through his work in security.
As a Technical Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force National Guard, Theron specializes in weapon systems maintenance and has deployed to Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia. He holds certifications in crisis negotiation and firearm instruction.
